Was pretty busy. Only one of the 3 locations open due to covid. The gentleman working was rather a rather respectful quick problem solver. Offered those who were dropping off equipment to have the option to leave at the front instead of waiting for everyone. Which was ABSOLUTELY wonderful

The building itself and the staff were friendly but all I was doing was returning a modem. Cox customer service in general on phone or chat is worthless and I cannot give them enough 1 star ratings anywhere. I only suggest you get fiber optics if its available in your area.
they have record of my returned modem but sent me to collections saying i didn't return it. why would i need two modems? that makes no sense. then when i was asking the employee on the phone to give me an invoice number of my return, she transferred me without even trying to help me or give me the info i asked for. i tried to call them back and they keep sending me to voice mail.
The Staff at COX STORE were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, The Manager was interacting with his team and customers Which made my transaction easy and more informed. I've had great service. Will recommend their service.
