It was cool seeing a scrapJet-plane out here
It doesn't matter what the name of this business is and now it's ScrapMine; it's still difficult to navigate to the back where you turn in brass and copper. There is poor signage and it's hit or miss whether you'll get a flat tire or not. They also don't pay as well for scrap. And now they only pay with a check!!
These guys are crooks. I have recycled here twice. The first time I suspected their scales are off so on my second trip I went to the truck stop and weighed in on their certified scales. Then went directly to Wichita falls recycling. The discrepancy was over 300lbs. ( about 30)
