I'm moving from Kalifornia and called to get the information needed to register in Texas. I called during the updated hours and they answered immediately. They were very helpful and provided everything that I needed to make a smooth transition. Try to do that in Kali, lol, nope they wouldn't help at all.

I have been trying to pay my taxes on my home since march...there office has been closed...I have called repeatedly to find out info about how to pay my taxes.. they sent a bill out today charges me those two months that I could not get ahold of any one for late fees...I have called repeatedly today and no answer....yes I wait until I get my income tax normally to pay my house taxes...and I go in and pay them...but I will not pay for april and may taxes..when i could not get ahold of anyone

Current hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8:00am-1:00pm & 2:30pm-4:30pm at the MAIN OFFICE in WICHITA FALLS. All field offices are currently closed until further notice, depending on the COVID-19 outcome.

Make sure that you send any correspondence to this office via certified mail or hand deliver. We sent forms to them monthly and they did not notify us that they didn't receive our forms until after the grace period expired resulting in a resulting in a fine. You are at their mercy and the staff was not helpful in resolving these issues.
