I use to go to here and loved the product. The person packed and mixed as she went in the cup. The last few times ice is loose and melts immediately. Ice not packed with layers of flavoring added like the person use to do. Ordered black cherry and got regular cherry just not the same

Went there today, was very disappointed. Let me say it was my first & last time there. The ice tasted freezer burnt. Bought 5 different flavors (all tasted like old ice) none were eaten Maybe it was just an off day for them? Been trying out different sno cone places & this is the first one I've had a complaint about.
