Excellent customer service. Reasonably priced suits with great quality. Loved there new system for custom shirts and pants. Also, the selection of clothing items was second to none.

Absolutely awful experience. Do not use this company if you care at all about how your day will look. They don't care one iota about how you look. We ordered 10 suits/tuxes for a wedding and every single one of them had issues. Several shoes were completely destroyed when we got them, all of the suits were wrong in some way (missing buttons mostly), no pocket squares were originally provided, and when we got them there weren't enough for everyone, and one pair of shoes given to us was the complete wrong color too. When we called to see how to fix some of these issues and were met with rude responses about how \they're just rentals\, like we should be totally ok with the horrific condition they showed up in. Never offered any apologies or options to make things work. Absolutely horrendous customer service, and outrageously overpriced. Do not give your hard earned money to this business, because they do not care about you

Parker along with his entire crew always do a great job in providing excellent customer service as well as high quality product. They are very fashion concious and they make great recommendations that leave me feeling confident every time I wear their products. As an additional note Parker himself went above and beyond in order to help a friend of mine who was in need of a suit for a funeral service during the Covid shutdown, which I believe shows the truly caring nature of how he does business. Thank you Gentry crew, see you next time!

Excellent quality and service!!!! After having a less than quality experience at a different store, we decided to go with Gentry LTD after being referred to them for our wedding tux rental. Parker was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had on a very tight timeline. All the suits we had measured in store fit right the first time without having to do any alterations. Would highly recommend a thousand times over. You guys are true professionals.
