The gentleman and I use that term very loosely was not only highly rude in his tone, he talked over me, never once listened to find out any form of information that he had stated (to a client) he would need provided to him, completely brushed me off or aside, and kept giving us the run around. He lied about protocol and procedures that were intended for a person's bail even when we had already paid the amount for the bail in order to have a person released from Sedgwick Co. Jail, then when we informed him that we would just go elsewhere he once again gave us the run around, telling us several different things but was never consistent. He told us at first that he couldn't give us the money back because it'd have to be the person who physically handed him the money for the bond, then he said that he'd already given the money back to that person which we knew to be untrue because only ten minutes had passed between the two conversations about this. We had also been told to have the other bondsman we were going to use to get a hold of him and he'd transfer that company the bail money, this was also found false, not only in general but also due to no one being able to get a hold of him, he ignored the attempts to call and also message him. We had given this bail bonds company 6,600 to put towards 4 people's bail, 3 of which in Kingman county were released, the 4th (in Sedgwick Co) person was not and the 2,300 that was included in the full amount for all four parties to be out was neither utilized or returned.... This is gravely unprofessional and I'm disgusted by these \business\ practices or rather the lack there of. Ethically wrong on so many levels!!
