Bought an ST203FR from Alex. I have to say this was an incredible experience. Curious about the pictures and the upgraded pickup, Alex offered to open up the guitar to tell me what pickup it was! Never have I dealt with a nicer more knowledgeable rep at Guitar Center! Alex is a true asset to your company...If your looking for a guitar in Wichita Kansas, ask for Alex. He will treat you right!

This store is amazing! I can't thank Alex and Derron enough! After having an online order of three damaged items, I contacted their store because we had previously purchased items there. These two were so helpful and got replacements for the damaged merchandise even though I didn't purchase it from their store. I contacted them a few times by phone and each time they remembered me and my issue! Wow! So impressive in a world where we struggle with automated phone calls and customer service stationed in other countries! I wish I knew how to contact corporate because these two men run a business right! Friendly, knowledgeable, and on it!!!

Great experience a huge selection. Plus the kids loved getting to try out some of the instruments if you have anyone with musical talent. It's a lot of fun to go in and look around. They also have lessons available if your intrested in learning how to play an instrument
