In store experience was good, but we were promised delivery of our new sectional on Feb 20 and therefore made plans for someone to take our current couches on Feb 19. Then got a call around noon on Feb 19 updating us that our sectional would not be delivered until Mar 11. Not great to find out one day before that we had to wait three more weeks. That was after several calls to confirm the delivery time on Feb 20.

Our sales representative was courteous and very knowledgeable. She listened to our needs and took us right to the appropriate pieces in the store. We were in and out within the hour with a new sofa and tables. Best of all, no pressure!
