I feel like I was duped into paying for a service that was never completed. The initial service was supposed to be an inspection and a cleaning. I informed them that there was a wood-burning insert in my fireplace. When the technician showed up they had no idea there was a wood-burning insert. Long story short the wood-burning insert was never done correctly so they weren’t able to perform the services. At that point it was written up as a service call/quote where they took a couple of measurements and said they would get me a quote to see what it would take to make my fireplace safe and correct. Over a week later still no “no call/email with information about the quote. Apparently I spent 150 for someone to look at my fireplace and then leave. I don’t even want the quote anymore if this is how this company operates. I want my money back!

Natasha Doll was our tech. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. She showed pictures of the problems and explained what needed corrected throughly. When asked to add on one more service she did it without complaint! Our fireplace is now safe to use and our dryer is 50% MORE efficient! Thank you for the excellent service! Highly recommend!

We had Natasha work on our house today and she was awesome! She was knowledgeable, kind, and really walked us through what our options were for our funky old house's fireplace and chimney. Since it is right in the middle of COVID-19 I was nervous about having someone in our house, however, Natasha wore her mask at all times and maintained social distancing. It was clear how much she respected the safety protocols and cared for our safety. She left our house cleaner than she found it with us feeling very informed and appreciative of her work. Top notch professional! As well, booking Home Safe Hearth & Chimney was easy and convenient thanks to Kristen whom I contacted through the website and scheduled via email. So easy!
