I don't think that you could ask for a better Psyc Team for your child. Our child has been seeing Dr. Mitnaul and his Team pretty much since he came to town and we have NEVER encountered anything negative in any fashion. That goes for Miss Tina as well! It pains me to see the negative remarks about Miss Tina and Dr. Mitnaul. They really are a WONDERFUL Team! Dr. Mitnaul is comprised of the biggest ball of positivity, light, fun and energy; he genuinely seems to take interest in your child and has a passion for his field. He practices listening and speaking in respect to the amount of ears and mouth he has. He will listen to both the parents and the child and really hear what you have to say; that I assure you! He's not a therapist, but often turns into one, haha! We have never been told what to do, only what he recommends, thus the treatment plan is a collaborative effort. I have worked in the prehospital setting and can attest that Dr. Mitnaul's patient care/bedside manner is few and far in between, ESPECIALLY in the field of mental health. I really cannot say enough fantastic things to say about these people, I really can't.

Dr Mitnaul is okay...my daughter enjoyed seeing him but he won't call you and speak to you about your child you have to wait for an appointment. His office staff however, specifically Tina, is terrible. Without any notice she canceled my daughters appointment that we had waited months for. Tina claimed I had \cursed\ her on the phone so they dropped us. In truth my child was in crisis, needed help, and this office punished my child based on the lies of Tina. I requested to speak to Dr. Mitnaul about this issue and I was refused. Additionally they wouldn't even speak about this in private they made us talk about it in the lobby in front of other people waiting. A guy offered to give his appointment to my daughter but Tina told him \you can give it to anybody but her.\ There was no accountability for her behavior either I called the office manager who stated she would call me right back and I never heard from her again. VERY Disappointing.
