This was an absolute disaster of an experience. I used them to rent out my house for two years. It seemed like a good deal, but I wish I had paid someone else more. There was no communication. I found out my house was rented from my mother in law. I had appliances stolen, the place was trashed by tenants. I paid them extra to change out filters and look at the place but I guess they just ignored it. To their credit, they did eat some of the repairs but it was too little, too late. My experience was a complete disaster and one of the biggest regrets of my life.
