Currently working to solve an issue with this dealer. I bought a car cash for 4,500 less than two weeks ago. On day 9 of driving the car, it stopped working on me. So I call and let them know so they can take a look at it. Turns out it needs a new transmission which is around 3,000. They are not willing to let me trade for a different car but are willing to pay the majority if I pay 500 which I don’t think is fair. I just want everyone to be careful when choosing to buy a car at certain places. I will be writing a review on Facebook and updating this one as well. UPDATE: date 1/30/2021 I was willing to pay the 500 . I still don’t have my car because apparently the transmission they ordered didn’t work! So now I have to wait longer. I’m usually a patient calm person! But I have been struggling and have not been able to work because I don’t have a car, so I call and talk to Luis cause there’s something that has to be done about this. Well apparently the insurance and his boss okays them to let me borrow a car. But the owner says I have to leave a good review BEFORE picking it up! BS! I guess I’m being difficult is what they say. Must be nice to try and get things to go smoothly for you when you make others struggle!

Absolutely love my new car!!!! Luis was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made buying the car so easy. I recommend people to buy their vehicles from them. If I should need another car in the future I’ll definitely be getting it from Prestige.

Purchased a 2006 Cadillac CTS from Adam - Car was Sold to me AS IS due to the Hail Damage on the vehicle. Adam gave me a damn good price , plus a 60 day Warranty and I told him I would fix the damage myself. Car seemed to check out very good mechanically and interior was immaculate!! Few weeks later ....got it all fixed and repainted!!! BOOM car looks great !!! Barley started driving the car and ...the starter went out on me!!! I called Prestige ...spoke with Josh. He understood my concern and stated that Warranty , of course, does not cover everything,,BUT..he told me not to worry...He and Adam will take care of me!!! Josh arranged for the tow of my car, and had already discussed the issue with the Shop and was already sourcing me a starter for the Cadillac!!! I was not in any hurry ..I told Josh/Adam to keep the car as long as they need ..just please make sure it gets fixed. Josh called and said it was the starter and got it replaced!!! As I picked upped the car, Josh and the team were impressed with the work that was done to the hail damaged car and how great it looked !! We sat and chatted about the Car Business, and Josh expressed how he really tries to focus on Customer Service ...Let me tell you ..the guys here got that down!!! I was hesitant to purchase from a Car Lot on South Broadway...but I think I will come to Josh and Adam again for another vehicle!!!
