My wife's Macbook Pro needed some new speakers as they sounded terrible and the guys at Ribbit got it done in a couple days. Everything sounds good so far! They were very friendly when I was in there. If I had decided not to go with them after getting the estimate to replace the speakers, I would have been pretty frustrated having to pay 60 \inspection\ services or whatever it's called. But anyways, glad I went with them and they did a nice job.

I've had to edit my review since my last review does not hold true. Not a good place for computers anymore. I bought one in March of this year and it's been back 4 times (although they didn't log each time it's been seen). My most recent time I called the number outside if you have become very angry with the service, he answered and after I said I was a customer he said he was too busy and forwarded me to someone else. I told him i was frustrated with the amounts of times I've been in and I want my computer fixed right this time. He then told me I can't get a full refund, their warranty only covers hardware issues (in this case it seemed like it), he is in the business of selling not renting, denying my past problems including selling me a computer with a gt 460 instead of a gt 760 as advertised. I've yet to get my computer back, I doubt I will get a full explanation of what was wrong since he said 3-4 work on a computer so unless they all note down what they did, who knows what they did to it. So for your sake, just bite the bullet and buy new or refurbished from another company.

Would be easier just to open your window and throw money out than buy something here. They do not stand behind their products but they'll charge 60 to tell you what's wrong with it. I've spent 160 on experienced computer techs that told me quite simply that it's a POS. Amazingly enough this so called computer in gets worse all the time!

Very snotty personel I understand they don't have a public restroom but if I'm in their spending 350 bucks on a computer and my wife really has to go I think there should be some concessions and on top of that when I get home and hook my computer up I have no cord power cord for my monitor other than that good products
