I believe our CJS Probation Officers may finally be rounding the corner to how public opinion thinks operates... proactively supports & encourages probationary clients. Not how it's long standing practice of working for court system, eagerly violating, for seemingly financial gains for Institution, has been. Also, A Community outreach center needed in close proximity. Empower with safety nets for so many without one. Left without guidance n unmedicated, they will find their way into CJS. Jails n PD not designed for so many they forced to handle. ComCare a mess n ineffective for homeless community. Community Support n some block grant used for it could make big change for all involved. Jus Sayn....
