I purchased a replacement propane hose (pol to 1 lb tank connector) from ,Amazon. Pol connector broke in a week ...I have contacted Coleman and parent company, Newell, 5 times with no response. I see frequent same complaint on this Coleman product. Just want it fixed or money back. Kansas guy disappointed with modern Coleman. Walter Hill
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! Could not get anyone who spoke English to help me to return a defective product for a refund. This went on for over a week! They had my street address wrong for the orig delivery so that issue went on forever. They had my email address associated with the order wrong & refused to allow me to return a defective product, which actually injured my back when it failed! Do NOT buy from this company - they DO NOT stand behind their products & their products are garbage.
