I bought a house here almost a year ago, they showed it to me it looked like a decent house for the price. Moved in, it was infested with roaches, the walls are cracking around the windows and letting cold air in, the water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced, they come to “change” my water meter saying it’s malfunctioning about once a month telling me I need to run at least 10 gallons of water in my house to make sure it’s working right. I get notices on my door telling me I will be fined because I have leaves in my yard (Kansas is windy, I have a porch that collects leaves around it until the next time it’s windy) and because my grass was taller than the lot next to mine (Only thing I can think since my lawn was just cut 2 days prior). Not to mention getting a hold of the office is near impossible. Always their answering service and they don’t call back until you complain on their website.
