Posting this review for a promotion U-Turn Rentals is running. After reading the previous reviews, good and bad, and experiencing it myself, I'm giving U-Turn 5 stars, I only wish I had found them sooner. From the 1st phone call to get pricing, to the people at the counter, my experience differed greatly from some of the other reviewers leading me to believe they're throwing a temper tantrum online because of their failure to behave like adults. The ladies at the counter explained the rental information to me, more so than other rental companies I've visited, the guys in the lot showed me how to run the equipment and gave me reminders and tips I already heard at the counter, and the process was quick and efficient. I will definitely be back.

Stay away from this place. I rented a mixer from them and when THEIR EMPLOYEE unloaded it from my truck, they dented my tailgate and bumper. Whoever is in charge notified me that it \was not their problem\. So in summary, if you do not want your vehicle destroyed i reccomend you use another company.
U-turn had what I needed. Mixer trailer so I don't have to hand mix concrete, check. Rubber boots for finishing, check. Gloves, spreader, wire roll, check, check, check. Ladies behind the counter knew their stuff, made sure I knew what was going on, showed me where to look for information on my contract. Easy stuff. Oh, and guys on the lot even showed me how the equipment worked. I've been to other rental places and they just take your money and send you on your way. Not this place. I'll be back.
U-turn has the best prices around. They're not like the big chain stores, they're willing to work with you to get the job done. I don't understand the previous posts about employees being rude, the ladies behind the counter were more than helpful, explaining everything to me, and even when I was late, because I was a new customer, they didn't charge a late fee like some of the other companies in town. I will be back to finish the porch on the backside of my house. Thanks U-Turn!
Came in to get a mixer trailer because my boyfriend and I didn't want to mix cement by hand and OMG!!!! so much easier. The lady at the counter was nice enough to explain how the trailers work the guys on the lot were working their butts off but everyone was soooo fast. When we're ready to finish pouring the walk way on the side of our house, we will for sure be back.
