Want to give 0 stars. We use them for our towel service. Originally the towels that we were getting had stains on them and were falling apart. They got me better towels after having called multiple times to complain. Next, I asked them for a receipt for what they charged to my company card so that I could do my billing reports. I advised them that I would need them every month when the card gets charged. They said that would be no problem. 20 days later I am on the phone with an hour with accounts payable, being transferred and hung up on. They now cant even get me a dated receipt. Not only does their service stink, they are making me look bad at my job because they dont know how to make a receipt. Terrible.

Jimmy has been our driver/delivery man at Sterling Farm Supply for 2 years! He is awesome. Always helpful and quick to answer all of my questions and has had useful suggestions. He has the best attitude and great smile. We always like his visits to the shop. We are pleased with our uniforms for our welders and shop guys. Jimmy is definitely part of our team!

Our person (jimmy grant) who brings our supplies is very friendly and personal. The supplies we order cover from toilet paper to hand soap which all seems to have different locations to drop it at. He has no problem making 4 different locations in the building. He is always smiling and an overall nice person to interact with. He always makes it seem like we are his only stop. Absolutely 100% love our route guy, Russ. He has always been kind, and makes you feel like a person, not just a customer. Never once had a bad day or a bad interaction with him. I will send him a text with an issue and he has always gotten back to me within an hour, and helped me resolve anything going on with our uniforms. Thank you, Russ.
