Yesterday, I went to your store with my brother. We always buy there. All my friends are international students from WSU and buy in this store. Never asked for passport or ID from the USA, they always show their ID from their country because it isn't a law that you need to have an ID from Kansas to buy something in the state where you are. USA is a multicultural country and inclusive too. You cannot tell someone that you can't buy something for not having and ID from here L. Also, any tourist carry their passport for been afraid to lose it. I want to talk to the manager of this store and see the policy rule from this store that it says that. Us law is the same for every company and they don't allow discrimination.

I have had 1 bad experience after another at this N. Rock Rd. Location. Went in on Christmas Eve evening. The man working was very rude. I come here often. Spend lots of money in this place. And was about to buy a mod, 2 bottles of juice and 5pack of coils. I ended up walking out and not purchasing anything. I have never just walked out of any place like that before but they do not deserve my money. I love their juice selection so thats why I have still been coming back after several other problems I have had in the past, With their mistake and would not take a return or exchange for the correct item I went to my car looked at the coil and it was not even the same type I asked for. No exchange!! I am really done this time! Looking for a new Vape Shop.
This review is for the Vapor 100 off Pawnee and Broadway. The female during the day that works there is impatient and reeks of alcohol. I was excited for this location since it is closer to my home, but looks like I might just stick with the one out east.
Is one star the minimum? This staff is extremely rude. Three people in my household have been treated very rudely. If they don't like the looks of you, you are not welcome and they will let you know. If you are into abuse and rude people, this is the place for you. If not, your precious dollars are better spent elsewhere. Let them take their anger issues out on others.
Awesome customer service! I come in here often, Kaitlyn is always a big help and has stellar service! Showed me some flavors I didn't even think about
