Really good hotel, you can tell its a little older. If it wasn't for covid they probably would have a lot more to offer like the bar and restaurant. Room was very clean, they came with room service everyday. 2 of the front desk people werent very nice but the other 2 were really nice. Good location right by downtown.

This was once upon a time a nice hotel. It appears they have dismissed most of their housekeeping and maintenance staff. Our room came complete with mismatched toiletries, makeup smears on the walls, a sagging mattress, a headboard that's in danger of falling in your head in your sleep, and someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. Plus, the elevators have a literal bloody mess on the floor and walls.

Had a great stay with my love. It was very cozy and not to expensive. Just wish they had the walk out balcony open to smoke at instead of going out to the parking lot. It was kind of scary out there.

My wife, 3 kids, and I ended up at this hotel when our van broke down South of Wichita. We were 7 hours into a 12 hour drive home at the time and ended up sitting on the side of the highway for 3 hours before we were able to get a tow and a ride to the hotel. We paid roughly 140 for one night in their larger 2 bedroom room. Our van was being worked on the next morning so we could get back on the road and we asked if we could stay in our room a couple extra hours until our van was done because we had no where else to go. We were told we had to be out by noon or pay. We ended up paying another 64 to keep the room until 6pm. We got the call that our van was ready at about 1:00 and were out of there by 1:30. When we said something to the guy at the front desk we were told "rules are rules." Why kick people when they are down?! All we needed was an extra couple hours in the same room we had already paid to stay in. Beyond this, the hotel was dirty with a lot of sketchy people around. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

The room was nice and the breakfast was good. They allowed a late check-out until noon (regular check-out is 11). It is located close to downtown, next to a convenience store, and plenty of food places are in the area. There is a shuttle available if you need local transportation. The area outside if the hotel is a bit sketchy as there is a lot of foot traffic and police in the area. It was cool and if needed, I would stay here again.

It's a pretty nice establishment. I hear they have a hot tub and hope to enjoy it when I get a minute.

My husband and I stopped here overnight on a road trip. We chose the hotel based on the proximity to a couple amazing breweries we visited so we could relax instead of continuing on to OKC as originally planned. We paid 63 after taxes and fees booking on Hotels.com. Other reviewers mentioned added fees booking with a 3rd party but we didn't have any issues booking through Hotels.com. Check-in was super quick and our room was comfortable and clean but pretty small. The hotel is slightly dated but I didn't notice any issues with cleanliness, bugs or smells that other reviewers mentioned. The area was perfect for us, close to the breweries we stopped at and across the street from a QT. I didn't think there was anything sketchy about the neighborhood. If you've ever stayed in a bigger city then you most likely would not consider Wichita "sketchy". I would stay here again for the price and I am normally a Hyatt loyalist. I would say this hotel is pretty consistent with other Wyndham hotels I've stayed at. Pretty average but clean and comfortable for a night or weekends stay.

Nice comfortable room but don't like to flush a toilet twice. I like the location, easy to get to and close to downtown. Fair rate.
