Susan is a gem! She takes into account all of her students abilities during class. Susan is really present as a teacher, she is not up at the from of the room doing her own routine, she is correcting posture or tweaking students' movements so you are not inadvertently hurting yourself. Susan is like a physical therapist and yoga instructor wrapped into one! She helped me with back and neck pain, tricks to help reduce stress and simple stretching and exercises I can weave into my workday.
