This is a wonderful thoughtful dedicated team whom I highly recommend. They helped me troubleshoot broken blinds and coordinate shipping with the vendor and sent me helpful videos to reinstall myself. They are ‘old school’ customer oriented and that It’s hard to find these days.
Eileen was extremely nice, her installer is fast and superb at his job, I was blow away on how quick and good he was, I would definitely recommend this company I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase
I was very nervous. I have this beautiful home and my knowledge of \window treatments\ was nothing more that curtains and rods. I sent Eileen an email that simply said \I NEED YOUR HELP!!!\ And she responded in no time. She came into my home beyond prepared. She had fabrics, designs, hard ware samples, beading and most importantly experience and IDEAS! As a business owner I am ALWAYS on the go and Eileen stayed the course with me and my hectic schedule. She came to my home while I was at work and when I made it home I was in complete disbelief. My windows are MORE THAN WELL DRESSED!!! As my grandmother would say when someone was dressed to the T, \those windows are saying something Honey!!!!\ Having no knowledge of this process I began to think I was overpaying but I got exactly what I paid for and so much more!!! I would do it all over again. In fact, I do plan to have other windows in my home \Well Dressed\. THANK YOU EILEEN AND WE WILL DO THIS AGAIN REAL SOON
