I am very impressed with the quality of business Wick's Wheels presents. The owner is very personable and devotes an exceptional amount of time to assuring customer satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable on all of his products and is happy to do more research on questions he may not know a full answer to. I went to Wick's over the winter to look at a scooter to ride during the summer. I was immediately drawn to the shifting model of the Genuine Stella. He was happy to tell me the history of the Stella, as well as, it's pros and cons. He did not try to sway me one way or the other, he was patient and allowed me time to make my decision. When I finally made my decision, the transaction process was quick and easy. Since buying, I have had to come to his shop for some minor repairs. He and his mechanic have gone above and beyond to make sure my Stella is in complete working order. I am very pleased with the quality of customer care I have received at Wick's Wheels. The owner is a great guy and runs a wonderful business. I have already recommended his shop to several of my friends. :)

The owner Scott was there every time I stopped by. He was very nice and gave excellent customer service. He also was an endless well of knowledge about scooters and patiently explained everything I asked. I am a first time scooter buyer but Scott explained the pros and cons of the different brands and put my mind at ease. I will continue to to do business with Wick's Wheels because of how awesome they are!
Bought my wife a scooter at Wick's. Great scooter and very helpful service. I also take my 10 year old Stella scooter there for service and they get it right the first time. Nice people to deal with and they sell high quality scooters. Nice style Buddy scooters and the classic look Stella scooters are cool looking and fun to drive.
Very personable very knowledgeable and inspiring, this is one of my favorite local businesses. They also fixed my scooter for a super low cost and in less than one day. I dropped it off on Friday and it was done Saturday at noon!
I had stopped in occasionally for years since they opened & talked with Scott & now also Brian. They were always very informative, and gave me no pressure. I looked up Wicks scooters & they had very good reliability, & are instructive about the brands that don't. When I was serious they made me a good offer and honored it a week later. I've been scootering for months and could not be happier with the purchase and their followup care!
I went into Wick's Wheel a few months ago with my wife, we were toying with the idea of getting her a scooter as a cheaper means of transportation around Bloomington. We went in there with zero knowledge of scooters, the owner did an amazing job explaining everything that we needed to know about buying a scooter, the good and bad of the different models, and explained the maintenance and up keep. We left feeling confident that it was a good option for us, but we didn't buy right away. We went back to Wicks more than a month later and we were immediately recognized and greeted. After we made our final decision and purchased the scooter, the owner and the mechanic gave my wife some really helpful tips on riding and instructed her during her first ride and help her feel more confident. Very friendly, knowledgeable people. Wicks was absolutely the best place for us to buy our first scooter and I will definitely go back again.
I have been extremely pleased with Wick's Wheels. Bryan in particular provides excellent Customer Service; all who work there are professional and kind. Great service, great prices, available stock, there is nothing more I could ask from a scooter store!
While the store may be small the professionalism is very pronounced in this local scooter shop. Prior to entering this establishment I had near to no knowledge of anything scooter/moped related and yet I was about to lay down some serious cash for one. Luckily I was properly educated by the very kind and courteous owner about the finer details and differences between each individual machine along with a history behind the companies. I didn't buy a scooter that day, but within a week I rolled out on my first 50cc scooter a very happy man. The place is great and the customer service is amazing. It would be hard to find a place this comforting at any big store so shop local and check this place out for any of you related needs. The product is quality, the services are quick and efficient, and the employees are great people. 5/5
