Fantastic experience here at Wiesner Hyundai in Conroe! The employees are continuing to wear face masks after March 10, 2021. I took my 07 Hyundai Elantra to the dealership for a 100% free Automobile Status Report and a recall to be done in my ABS sensor. The report is a FULL inspection of the car, inside & Out. They check everything.....things that require immediate attention or that will need attended to in the future or Things that are doing great. Everything is printed out on a detailed report for you to review...along with prices that remain in effect for 30 days. Financing is possible too. Friendly helpful staff. I couldn't be happier...A experience!

READ THIS IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO BE CHEATED OUT OF YOUR OWN MONEY! This dealership will show you a price on the internet, show you a price on their sales brochure, and show a price on your sales document (that you are negotiating with the sales person). Then after you have agreed upon a price for the vehicle you will find out that they have increased the actual price by almost 2000 because they will say they have already included a location service and window protection on the vehicle. This is a very deceptive and dishonest practice. You can get up and walk away or deal with 10-15 minutes of nonsense from their sales management and they will remove the cost only if you threaten to walk out. Unfortunately, there are quite a few dealerships taking advantage of people doing this same thing. Too bad the automakers and/or regulators won't stop it. Had it not been for this 15 minutes of BS I would have really enjoyed my entire experience at this dealership.

Upon arrival, I saw a Salesman on the lot assisting another customer. He greeted me & asked if he could get another sales person out there to assist me. I thanked him & told him I'd like to browse for a moment or so first. As I browsed freely on the lot & made my way to the front door of the dealership, a young man, I think his name was Rey, asked if I'd been helped. I told him I'd had an appointment the day before but wasn't able to make it due to weather. I was assigned to a Salesman named Christian. Christian was very nice, patient, took his time explaining the features of the Hyundai Kona & various trim styles. I test drove the limited edition. Very nice CUV. After the test drive, we returned to his cubicle to talk numbers. The price I was given on a brand new 2021 Kona started at 22k & after TT&L was over 26k. In my opinion that was just was too much! I walked away without the deal I was hoping for. I took note of how no one was wearing a mask in this dealership. As a healthcare professional where 98% of employees & residents were vaccinated wh e re I work. We just had a string of outbreaks at work. Masks are still essential...PLEASE mask up. If not for you- do it for someone who immune system may be compromised.

Needing to upgrade my Ford F-150 for a more powerful towing vehicle, but I had a list of must haves from 4WD to increased towing rating to safety features. . Mr Hector was able to show me a great GMC truck. Then he ran the numbers for me, which were pretty impressive. Came back with my spouse on Saturday and with the low interest, great trade in value on my Ford and Hectors ability to answer all our questions, we drove away really happy in our new Sierra. Thank you Wiesner!!

We purchased a new 2020 GMC Terrain SLT from Stephen Betancourt on the GMC side of Weisner after initially looking at the Palisade with Kenny Brocken. Kenny was our initial salesperson and he is amazing! He was more committed to helping us get the right vehicle for us. He ended up "sharing" his customers (us) with Stephen who was equally excellent! We let them know our offer, our pre approval and they were able to get an even lower finance than we came in with! This makes our fourth dealing with Weisner and first time with Weisner GMC. We have only had Hyundai and found we loved all the features available in the new Terrain. Hopefully we will love our new GMC as much as our last five Hyundai vehicles! I can't recommend any salesman more than these two! Kenny was selfless in splitting his comission with a coworker....I'm assuming that is what they do. And, I will add the process of negotiating was simply. No back and forth. We made our offer, one change the deal was done! Now to get Kenny to pay for my fuel for the first year would be NICE!

DO NOT GO TO JOSE SANCHEZ. I agreed on 13k for a car and i put 4k down .. so i should of had a balance of 9k . After i got home (already signed the contract) paper I realized he added 4k to the purchase price making it 17k which basically made it like i didnt put anything down!! Now im stuck paying 27k bc of financing . Read before u sign . DO NOT get insurance before actually signing financing papers!! Ifk why i didnt think straight at the moment other than my kids were ready to go . First time buying and im really really disappointed that u cant trust ppl at all ! Im gonna make sure i tell everyone i know not to come here .

We worked with Kenny and he was an absolute gem. We had some issues getting financed and even when both Kenny and myself thought I wasn’t buying a vehicle he still went out of his way to help us. He worked with us for weeks until we got into a vehicle. Kenny will be the only one I use from here on out!
