My family scheduled a cruise today 6 childen and unfortunately 3 of them fell ill overnight. We felt that during the current covid situation it be best we not take the kids on a public outing. We called to reschedule and were simply told we missed the 24hour cancellation policy and we could not come another time. We were not refunded either. I found it very incredibly disappointing they could not be more accommodating and understanding during these times. What a shame the almighty took a front seat to public safety...
This was so much fun! The crew did a great job and the kids all seemed to love it!
