I went here to complete my Mom’s Medicaid application because it required more documents. I met with Carla and Bennot. Both gave me different information contradicting each other. Carla was very rude the entire time. In the end neither were knowledgeable enough to give me correct information because my case work called me and told me that the info I provided was not correct and this office filed it incorrectly. My case worker was able to to me exactly what I needed to complete the application. Neither Carla or Bennot were helpful or knowledgeable on Medicaid. This office does not provide a phone number that you may call and talk to an actual person, unless you have their extension which the majority of people calling will not know or have access to. When you call you get an automated message and cannot leave a voicemail.

I was informed to call this number as I needed to talk to someone in person. I called and pressed the numbers specified. Got a recording about doing some online. And it automatically hung up on me. Terrible service
