Neal is awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and takes his time answering all questions we had. Did not try to oversell his product line, gave us what we needed. After installation, he came back and did another water test to show how our system is working. We highly recommend this company.

Bottom line up front: If you are on a well, get this system! The improvement in the taste of the water is incredible and was immediate! You will be happy using the Safety Zone water treatment systems. My wife and I recently purchased a new house out in the country, and this was our first experience with being solely on well water. The house came with an existing water softener, but it was immediately obvious that this system would not be sufficient as the water out of the tap tasted horrible. We contacted our plumbers, and they installed a Safety Zone treatment system that consisted of two tanks - the first to treat the iron and sulfur in our water, and the second to take care of the hardness. The results were immediate - no more smell, bad taste, or stains in the tubs and toilet. Before the installation of this system, we were only drinking water that had been through the filter on the refrigerator, and this was very annoying. After installation, the water out of all of our taps tastes as pure as the best bottled water. We had some questions about the system, and the owner of Safety Zone happened to be at our plumbers office and agreed to come by the house. He checked over the system, answered the questions I had, and even retested the water - no iron and no hardness! You could not ask for a nicer person, and the equipment he provides is top notch. Use this company. You won't be disappointed by the equipment or the people!
Neal was very knowledgable and accomodating. We had a water softener system installed in our home (in Ocala) and the results were amazing. From very 'hard' water to perfect 'soft' water. We had the 2 tank water filter system installed and boy what a huge difference. We live in Ocala and have 10 hard minerals from the city water, plus the chlorine .. we hated the taste of the water from the city, and we where concerned for the brand new appliances we just had installed. New washer, dishwasher , hot water heater , and refrigerator with ice maker and drinking water. Wow. Our ice cubes no longer change the taste of our favorite drinks , our drinking water from the refrigerator doesn’t taste bad anymore and even cooking taste better,, as for the shower the wife already noticed a difference in how much softer her hair feels and is easier to manage. ( my hair is way to short to notice such things). I have noticed a huge difference in the cloth washing , they are softer and smell better... And I’m sure this is way better for the hot water heater also with not so many minerals in the water , this heater should last forever as long as I do my regular flushing. Now about the manufacture Safety Zone Water Systems. As a person with a head injury I get confused every easily and had questions on the unit and only called the manufacturer just to ask a few basic questions and I just happen to get the owner of the company on the phone. Wow. When do you ever hear of an owner of a large company takin the time for a customer instead of having customer service handle it... well that’s what happened, in fact he went way above and beyond and came out to the house and inspected the work the plumbing company did to ensure it was done correctly and went throughout the entire process on how the unit works with my wife and I. And the fact the product is totally made in the great USA is another big plus.. we are super happy with the product and the awesome customer service. Thank you Safety Zone Water Systems.
