I’ve been living here going on 2 years and it’s my first apartment. Since moving here in 2018 it’s been good. Every place has its bad & it’s good but I will say my favorite part about living here is maintenance because they come as soon as I put in a service request. If you need extermination they come if you ask as well but I haven’t had any big bug issues. Great place to start off. They also provide carpet cleaning every new lease you sign & they are contracted with the carpet company so it can be cheaper for you if u want to get it done before signing a new lease.

This review ia based off customer service and ease of process. We will be moving in this weekend. This was the fastest acceptance turn around time! Allison has been wonderful to deal with and has made this transition so much easier. I look forward to being apart of the community

This review is not about the community as I just moved in . But this is an customer service review the service was great Allison was very helpful thur out this entire process. answer all my questions even if asked it million times. Never made me feel like I was a bother or inconvenience when I called or email always responded. Even doe I didn't have experience with the other lady that worked In the office she always spoke.

This place never answers the phone. I have been calling for the past 3 weeks , emailed every other day, and even called the answering service and they emailed them to get in contact with them and still no luck. They need to do better. People work and can't always get by there before they close.

I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now and I must say that the experience has been nothing more than Excellent. The office staff Tina and Allison are both the sweetest and kindest people that I have encountered in a complex. There is no care or concern that I have had that has not been addressed by them and I appreciate all that they do to make this neighborhood Great! Thank you for meeting and exceeding the expectations of the residents.
