Was not impressed! First, you are asked to remove mask when entering the store so they can get your face on camera. This proves they don’t care about people’s well being, only their petty fear of being ripped off. Second, the woman that waited on me should’ve been fired. Very, very rude. I will go to Orlando next time.

This place is fantastic!!! TONS of variety. Very knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is very clean and well lit. They test and go over all the products before you leave to ensure they will work correctly. The staff is a lot of fun and will go out of their way to help you find the perfect thing for your needs. A in my book. Thanks for all the help and i will definitely be back.

I do firework tents and tried leaving a card for the guy working there to pass on to the owner so I could see about renting a spot in the parking lot for the fourth. He said no he wouldn’t pass it on and if I left it there he would just throw it away and was super rude... I would have paid 2,000 for a small area in the huge parking lot for just 8 days. I carry my own insurance. Would have brought more business. But it’s whatever the guy was just a complete asshat.
