· I was searching for Ram 1500 4 x 4‘s on the auto trader and came across Randy Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. They were advertising prices that were realistic and when I was contacted by Nate Blankenship my sales representative it was a smooth sincere transaction with no mind games or good guy bad guy tricks. I would recommend this dealership to anybody and I’ve been buying ram trucks for over 35 years. I’m based out of Tampa Florida I hopped a plane for 150 to Charlotte and got a rental car at the airport and drove to Wilkesboro Nate mentioned there was an enterprise Rent-A-Car right across the street from them another 90 bucks and I was at my new truck I was treated with respect Nate made sure to get me A ride across the street to the rental car company to drop off the rental he thoroughly spent time showing me all the features of the vehicle I would recommend this dealership and Nate Blankenship again and again and again I can’t get over what a great experience this was. Thank you Nate and Tyler and Mr. Randy Marion for over seeing such a great bunch of professionals.

She was professional, yet had just enough personal banter to make it feel like I was buying a car from a long time friend. Purchased a brand new 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership. After taking delivery we noticed the vehicle was shaking bad at high speeds on the highway. We contacted the dealer and they said we could take it to any shop and have the tires aligned. We ended up having to spend 150 to fix the shaking and alignment on a brand new vehicle. The dealership did NOT refund us for this cost. The dealership responded and said they would take this to management. We never got a refund or help from them after our purchase. When you purchase a new vehicle it should be perfect and not have issues like ours.
