This was a beautiful, hidden gem! You have to walk a while, maybe .5 of a mile on a rocky road (hard for strollers) to get to it. It’s not a swimming hole but it is a reservoir and you can wade in the water, most of it was not deep. My kids enjoyed climbing the rocks and skipping rocks in the water. It was shaded, cool and peaceful.

Coming from Montana where we TREASURE our lakes and fishing spots I was slightly disappointed with how much trash and liter was all over the place. Sadly most of it is close to the water. Other than that, this was a great place. Just make sure to watch your kids so they're not picking up cigarette buts or fishing hooks.
