This is a must attend if you have children that still enjoy the spirit of Christmas and "believe". Yes, it's crowded. Yes, it's cold. Yes, its full of yelling, crying brats. But, the look of pure joy and amazement on your child's face when Santa walks in will make your heart happy. It's a look you wont get anywhere else. As an adult, be a good sport, and wear your Christmas pajamas. I was one of the few that didn't and I should have. The hot cocoa is lukewarm chocolate syrup water, but it's a train and they are serving hundreds of people in a very short time. Enjoy it for what it is, a sugar rush. For the men reading this, sing the songs and for sake of your children's happiness, stand-up and sing your part loud and proud "FIVE GOLDEN RINGS!" I was the only one at first, by the end of the song nearly every man was standing and singing their part. Which inspired the ladies to do the same.

The Polar Express is a must-do for the holidays. Every employee and passenger was so excited. All families in matching pajamas, hot cocoa, and seeing Santa in his hometown. The ride is 90 mins, and you do not exit the train, so once you're on board you will be comfortable. I feel it noteworthy to mention that the train also runs to a pumpkin patch all through the fall which we did several years ago. Also very fun. Tickets sold out in about July this year for the weekend trips, so plan early!
Took The Grandson who was 3 years old ..An He Loves The Movie !! So to Go to the North Pole on the Polar Express... It was Over the Top.. Dec 2012 Arizona

The Polar Express train ride was amazing! My 4 year old granddaughter loved it.
Love the Polar Express, kids had a blast. The seats can face each other so if you have a group it makes it nice, but leg room is sparse facing each other. Employees are helpful and courteous and really get into singing and dancing. Highly recommend going and jammies are a must.
It's amazin, it's free, it's in the middle of on nowhere. They have food, it's free. Just make a reservation I believe. It's free.
