Was looking for a few high prices items, waiting looking at the knifes for well over 20min. I couldn't find all the items I was looking for but knew they had to have them there. You can't tell who's employed there due to no uniforms, only one young lady was wearing a name-tag. Finally went to counter informing I needed help & was told to wait. When I said I had been for over 20min the lady's response was that everyone was busy & the customers in line needed to be taken care of (had to have been at least 4 cashier's). I tried calling the store but the manager was too busy "on the floor". Not busy enough to help me though. They missed out on a decent purchase & I'm still awaiting to hear from the manager.

I walked in this afternoon and was immediately treated by two employees. I was looking for outdoor dinnerware and was unsure of what to buy. Jessica and Christina were very helpful!! They even signed me up for the key program!! Free money!! Can't tell you how happy I am!! I will go back to this store anytime I need something!! Thank you for making this experience easy and awesome:)
