Great store for your kitchen and dining room. Whether you need some good quality wooden spatulas, marble coasters or pots/pans, this is the place to go. They have a great selection of spice rubs if you like to make your steak at home. The sales are really good and their staff always kind and helpful. I have found some amazing house warming presents here. I look forward to many more trips here :) The Key rewards program is an added bonus.

The staff was very friendly at time of purchase. Once we took 1500 item home it stopped working abruptly. We called the location expecting the same level of service. This location’s managers refused to refund our money. They claimed it was up to the manufacturer to correct the issues. No. After speaking to WS customer service line, it was concluded that they must refund us. Worst experience ever.

Absolutely the best place for kitchen, dining and thoughtful entertaining products. Excellent and well informed staff. I'm happy with all my purchases from the Park Meadows Williams-Sonoma!

My girlfriend and I were literally watched and followed the whole time in the store. Everytime we picked something up to look at, this lady would come over to us. Mind you, we were not the only people in the store. Went there to buy wine glasses and quickly left. Felt like I was in the 1950s. Shameful in this time

A member of staff told me i was lying over a 5 box of cookies. She repeatedly told me i was wrong until i walked her over to read their own sign and the other employee there told them they had to do an overwrite. i got a very flippant sorry after the transaction. turns out you were wrong after all associate # 429687. also maybe dont wear a sweater that blocks your name tag... Maybe try assuming that I am not scamming or lying to you over a 5 box of clearance cookies next time instead of being so defensive?

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. I was in there 20 minutes looking to purchase items for my ISI Cream Whipper and I was not acknowledged by a single staff member. No one said hi, no one said they’d be with me soon, and no one asked if I was looking for anything or needed help. Two ladies were on the phone the entire time (okay, I understand they’re customers too, but if most of your conversation is more about random stuff as opposed to actually being business related... well, it comes as as very unprofessional), one guy didn’t even look at me and then became busy with another customer(which I understood, but he didn’t say hi or I’ll be with you soon or anything), and the fourth lady stocking stuff on the floor also didn’t give me the time of day, but managed to say hi to my husband who was literally right behind me? Even he was shocked. Whoever is working today needs some serious new training. You have absolutely no reason to treat any customer as if you are better than them. I cook and bake a lot, and I prefer to do it with finer cookware/bakeware due to the superior quality. Your employees need an ego check because you’re probably losing plenty of customers due to their rudeness and disrespectful behavior. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Having worked in the service industry before I don’t usually get mad, but this experience was unacceptable.
