I love this store however the young man with black glasses in the gray shirt is not polite nor inviting. I am returning my items because of the poor service I received. First he did not acknowledge me while I waited at the register for couple of minutes and then I finally said I am ready to check out. I was the only one in the store and he seemed like I was bothering him. The elderly lady on the floor was so nice to me and she should be the manager. She asked me questions and helped me with selecting a gift. But as far as this young man was concerned, I will be ordering online just so I do not have to go into the store.

It's a great time to start shopping for gifts for the holiday for the season changes. And they have some great items to select from at reasonable prices. And the staff is very friendly and not overbearing!

Whenever I go here, I feel like the inventory is a bit limited (you could probably just buy from their website) and the store just seems overpriced in most of the items that they sell. That being said, I can tell that the things that they sell are high-quality, it's just that you can get a better deal on nearly every item by buying from another retail store. They do hold events here that I have not participated in which could be very good, but solely from a place that sells cookware/kitchenware, I think there are better alternatives around.

What a great store! Everything for the kitchen. Much of it is out of my reach financially, but it's good to see what's out there and know what's worth saving for. And there are plenty of time-saving, useful items that aren't super expensive. Today I took a class there about cooking with cast iron. So informative! I'll definitely be taking other classes in the future. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful and always patient with my questions.
