HARRASSED BY SALESMAN (even though I had my mask covering my nose and mouth) on April 28, 2021 around 1-2 pm. My elderly mother and I were shopping at this store to buy an (up to 1000) espresso machine.. Our masks were over our noses and mouths as per William Sonoma requirements. This salesman even wanted to see if we needed help (we didn't at the time) then I was told by him to pull my mask up even higher than it already was. To comply, it would of had to have been covering my eyes. So we quietly left, rather than getting into an argument with him. As we were standing in the open door... He loudly announced to the other customers in the store "Thank God, they decided to leave" they must not need any customers, for paid staff to treat their customer base this badly. Seems more about the power, than about the masks.

I love Williams-Sonoma store and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the one store by the Central Market was still open. The ladies who helped me there were super friendly and very helpful. I would say they lack the gorgeous merchandise they used to have but at this Covid times it is expected as people are not buying much. Overall experience, great!
