I would be very careful when buying a home here. Talk to residents who live there and learn of their experiences. Don't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors. It is a beautiful community but the quality of the homes is poor. Customer Care will not care after you purchase your home. Look closely and you will see what we saw. Listen to the people and open your eyes. Smoke and mirrors. It is very sad that a builder would do this to people who had faith on them to build their retirement home.
