I had been having the worst luck trying to get my car title for my car so I could sell it. I went to two other locations and the Accounting Technicians basically said they could not help me out because i had an e-lien on my vehicle and they could not release it. I had a lien release letter and that still was not good enough. I went to the Williamsburg location hoping for a better experience and I was amazed. Jessica went above and beyond to help me get my car title. To sum up, she kept me up to date via emails, she called the Richmond office multiple times, sent them emails, faxed my lien release letter and was finally able to get my car title. Jessica was the most professional and caring Accounting Technician at any DMV location I have ever been too. She refused to give up, and kept me up to date on the status of my situation. She actually cares and loves her job and it shows. We need more people like Jessica in this world.
