They pick and chose who they want to help and when they wanted to help me and my kids where in a bad place and these people were rude hung up on us gave us expired food not healthy for kids. Like I said they pick and chose who they want to help and treat everyone else like there nothing

I’ve been living in James City County for four years I receive so many good resources for my two autistic daughters they help me with back to school shopping groceries during Christmas and Thanksgiving I love James City County. Mrs. Brown Mrs. April. Reception is all of these ladies are wonderful and I hope God will bless them in their life because they have truly blessed my life with all the help give me . If I could give this place 10 stars I word it really depends on who your worker is I have the best workers around they work with you so that your benefits don’t stop.

They make you jump threw hoops just to get help. They treat you like you are a bum and dont work or work hard . Very un fair every one is not the same

I have called my moms case worker numerous times and have not gotten a return call. What are they doing? I guess I’ll have to visit them ... things were much better when Mr. Conyers was the director. Smh
