If I could give this place a negative star I would. Buyer beware! They will sell you a used car and tell you they THOROUGHLY did an inspection on brakes, engine, etc but after you purchase it the same things they Inspected will fall apart. They do not take responsibility for anything and they will lie to get your money. That simple.

I wish I could give this place negative stars! This place does shady business. Sells you a used car and claims to thoroughly examine the vehicle before selling to you, yet a few months after purchasing the vehicle I brought it in to fix a leak, then they tell me the brake pads and rotors had to be replaced because “rust” accumulated on the rotor and tore it up? This After initially telling me the pads wore all the way down to where metal on metal was rubbing together and that was what damaged the rotors? The pads ended up being fine and they said “rust” was what caused the damage because we didn’t drive it everyday. They switch up the story to however they see fit. I would not buy a vehicle from this place or bring my car back ever again!

If I could give this dealership a 0 star but I can’t. They have great prices but unfortunately I would never buy a car here due to the way the staff is treated by management. As someone who has a dad in sales this is the shadiest company to work for and buying a car from them supports their shady business. The general manager is very blunt and rigid and does not treat his employees as people he treats them like dogs including making them cry after hours of lecturing.

I didn't buy my GMC Sierra 3500 HD here b/c they were going through an ownership transition and weren't selling vehicles. However, as a local resident I started using their service department after they had fully re-opened. My Service Advisor Billy has been nothing but 100% courteous & helpful. Patriot Buick GMC mitigated 2-minor recalls, assisted with routine maintenance as well as warranty coverage. Most recently they assisted when an out-of-town dealer installed a defective oil filter that was causing a slow oil leak (I used a local Southwest VA dealer during a period that I was away for over two months). In summary, they are my go-to GMC Service dealer. When I'm in the market for a new GMC, I'll definitely give them a chance to earn my business.

I was passing through Williamsburg in route to NJ and had a blow out (tire) on my truck. I was tired, cranky, and in pain. The thought of having to make unexpected repairs did not make for a happy me. After finding Patriot Buick / GMC, I worked with Billy Spruill for the much need repairs. Billy was professional, kind, patient and most important treated me like I was family. I recommend anyone in the area to take there vehicle to Patriot for their service needs (no matter how big / small). There is a lot to be said for customer service and know that you are being fairly treated. Billy and Beverly (who is a hoot!) are two reasons I will drive out of my way to for additional services...... they made a difficult situation for me, bearable and pleasant. :-)
