Terrible experience overall. Stayed customer only because of the low price, but I guess you get what you pay for. Constant nickle and diming, missed pick ups, failure to show up for ordered extra pick ups. The cherry on the cake was when apparently a 75 dollar pickup fee was charged for you to show up and pick up your own can, that I don't care if you pick up or not. It is your equipment and you can retrieve it or not, but I'm any case I should not foot the bill. Making sure I spread the word so none of my friends and family end up with your terrible service.

Very professional group. Always comes around to help unload or ask if they can provide assistance.

DO NOT use this company. Had them 5 months, just cancelled today. They habitually pick up the trash several days late, if at all. Arranged for them to pick up a large appliance, it sat on the street for one week, each day the drivers claimed to have picked it up, but it never happened. Big national company, they do not care about local service. Avoid them at all cost!!!!

I am tied of my trash not getting picked up, & so is everyone else on our Lane. The driver excuses, cans not out at curb or trash can was blocked, is really lame. You Forgot the Whole Lane!!!

Maybe you guys should actually make your hours reflect when you are accepting trash so people don't drive all the way out there just to make it at 4:20 and get turned away. Just saying
