Lovely room, the bath was AMAZING, and the location was perfectly placed between everything we needed. My only con was having neighbors through a connected door so we didn't feel comfortable spending much time in the living room space for fear of disruption on both sides. The elevator was also pretty small so getting all of our things to our room was hard to do in such a small space to maneuver in.

Beautiful room! I loved the bathroom to bedroom set up. We had the 1 bedroom suite and were truly amazed. The staff was very friendly and they are doing a great job of keeping their guests and staff safe during this time of social distance from covid.
This is not a fake post. The rooms were awful. The customer service was poor af.. People were rude. DO NOT STAY HERE If you come across this post.. Try and wise up.. Most of these posts are fake.. The time scalper sales fake men/women Write fake posts on here all the time.. This should be rated a 2 at best. But it's boosted up by the fake posts..
We are owners and were very skeptical about staying here due to reading bad reviews, but we were very pleased with our stay. The staff was so sweet and inviting. Every one practiced social distancing. The room was very clean and we loved the kitchen. The decor could use an upgrade, but the jacuzzi and shower were everything. The resort is very small and needs to have more activities for the kids and guest. It's sad that they put more money into their Florida resorts and just forget about poor Williamsburg. Buy more land and add to resort.
Excelled super clean exlarge quality linens there's a menu on table with delivery and quiet activities and pool outside but heated and Jaccuzzi available even during Covid loved my stay and text messaging help service .I loved it and will come back soon.Even the pen I used ibwas advised itcwas sanitised and Jennifer at desk who checked me in super nice and courteous .loved her ability to react with me superior
Good service (staff). Rooms are dated and in need of updating but are clean nonetheless. Bathroom has a lot of doors which is a weird layout. No food on site but plenty deliver here. Swimming pool clean, heated too. No USB plugs so bring your chargers.
It's been a memorable time here with friends. The one bedroom suite had a full kitchen to accomodate my guests. The outdoor heated pool and the hot tub also made the experience enjoyable.
Okay I never do things like this but the customer service is so amazing when you call up there i havent stayed yet but Ms. Jennifer Chapman was amazing i booked through third party and wanted to make sure everything was okay and she helped me through the whole process and then i called back today and a man name Dante answered same good customer service and really helped me feel that my spot was secure .. Thank you !
