Came right out to diagnose our problem. We unfortunately needed a new unit installed but the process was quick and easy for us. Merle took care of everything as quickly as possible since we are experiencing hot and humid summer weather. Merle and Chris were pleasant and answered my questions. Merle even took the time to help me set up our updated thermostat which I love by the way!

90 outside and the outside air unit stopped working. Call Comfort Central, office staff was so pleasant and was able to work us in the same day. Cory was very professional explained everything to us and made sure the unit was up and running.
