Despite what the other reviews say (likely from illegal game manufacturers is my best guess,) Miele Inc runs the only legitimate, tax paying, skill based games deemed legal by the state of Pennsylvania. They generate a plethora of good paying jobs and opportunities to the residents of central PA. Furthermore, they generate a large sum of tax revenue for the state of Pennsylvania. Their business practices are fair and honest. They are highly active in donating to charitable organizations as well. Hundreds of business owners across the state can attest to the fair and honest practices at Miele Inc. When it comes to legal, skill based games in Pennsylvania, Miele Inc is the only way to go.

Bait and switch business model. The first few machines are of acceptable quality (though sold for a high premium after discovering the low tier, oftentimes already used components). Then later machines purchased have even lower quality major components and hardware that malfunctions or breaks in less than a week. Miele claims to offer a warranty until something breaks. Then they provide every reason imaginable why the defect is not covered under said warranty. They remove aesthetic (LED lighting) and security features to cut costs yet still charge the same amount for machines. They even try to build their own machines like when they replaced the original metal countertop models they sold. The new wooden machines look like something someone cobbled together in a junior high woodshop class, while stoned. Yet Miele peddles this ese basic, boring, chintzy wood shitbox for the same price as the better quality metal terminals used everywhere else!

If you’re thinking of doing business with Miele, know that this is a complete scam company. They defraud game operators into spending a king’s ransom on gaming terminals and licenses with faux warranties and misleading policies. Among other things, after the operator builds a network of successful locations, Miele will unilaterally change its terms in order to falsely claim a breach of their agreement or simply strong-arm those operators out of locations so they can steal those locations and manage as their own. Miele also illegally engages in the unlicensed practice of law by advising businesses on legal matters involving gaming / amusement devices, offering its own disingenuous skewed interpretation of the case law. Further Miele spends huge sums of money on lobbying our state Congress to continue to pass laws favorable to the monopoly they are trying to have on the skill gaming industry. However at the same time no one is talking about the hundreds of games Miele operates across the Commonwealth which are unquestionably illegal games of chance under the PA Statute and the interpreting caselaw. Interested parties please check back for more info, Remember to like, subscribe and back us on Kickstarter. A new website is in the works exposing Miele for what they truly are through the publication of a metricFkton of documents and examples of their coercive business practices along with their unlawful conduct as they continue to mislead our state’s legislature and judiciary.
