Regular dumpster service for several years now. The price has always been fair and seldom goes up. They come every week as expected and if they miss it a simple phone call has it done the next day.

My trash was inexplicably not picked up two consecutive weeks even thought it was brought out on time and in the same spot as usual. Then when they said they’d come and make a special trip for me two days in a row they never showed up. Three weeks worth of trash not picked up.

Driver almost killed me on my own road in Mansfield today at 3:10pm. I was on bike with hand signal to turn left into my driveway. Truck decided to pass me at 60 and I have it all on camera! Tried calling them today and the woman hung up on me!

Forgot to pick up my trash twice in the last month. I don’t understand how they miss it. They take our neighbors trash across the street and I live in a dead end zone when they whip around, they just drive right by our trash. Now it lead me here to write a bad review. Adulting

I’m leaving five stars solely because of Jennifer Laprade. I’ve only had this service for about 6-8 months and to be honest, we’ve had various issues with trash pickup. The sole reason we’ve stayed with this company is because of Jen. She is AMAZING to work with and resolves ALL and ANY issues immediately and without question.
