The service is good but the waiting time sometimes could be lessened or shorter. Example if they said wait for ten (10) minutes; I shouldn't be waiting twenty (20) minutes for them to accommodate other customers especially when I have to go back to work during lunch-break and or working with/around a schedule. They have a moderate to very good customer service. Thanks for their services offered. .

Stopped in and picked up a Whiting, collards and Mac& cheese plate. It came with a piece of corn bread. The whiting was okay. It was cooked well but lacked any type of seasoning. I added hot sauce and ketchup for flavor. The collards were good, tender and tasty. It looks like they added smoked bones. The Mac& cheese was so so like the corn bread. The customer service was pretty bad. As I walked in the counter person was texting and didn't notify me. Then when the did the didn't put the phone down. They took my order put did all the texting before the started cooking my food. I most likely will not be going back.
I did not like the catfish. It was thin and unlike any catfish I had before. Most catfish is meaty. The potato salad was good but warm and the string beans had no flavor.
HORRIBLE!!! I had the Whiting & fries and the fish taste PLAIN ABSOLUTELY NO SEASONING & the fries taste like they were freezer burn before cooked. Chinese own this restaurant they don't know NOTHING about Soul food.
Son ordered for chicken thighs and look like for chicken strips with bones inside.
