Can I give them zero star??? The most horrible service ever!!! If I could change my water service, I would! They are having a different schedule now: a few hours per day. I was waiting and waiting and finally it was time for them supposedly to be at work, I called but got no answer! I tried to leave a message, but the mail box was full! What are these people doing there? Are they even working or not? I have no way to find out why my bill was wrong!!! Can someone explain what it is going on with them??

Call Customer Service several times in ref to my bill. When I finally get a call back the rep hung up on me. Never calling me back. Even visit the office no care in the world.
The service provided is fine. My issue is that they charge a 3% \convenience fee\ for paying your bill online. It's 2019 there is absolutely no reason why online payments shouldn't be the norm and there is zero excuse for a fee to be applied. For comparison, the \convenience fee\ is more than the fee incurred for late payment.
The employees behind the plexiglass are just not friendly and/or professional. No acknowledgement that a resident is there when you walk in to pay your water bill, no greeting whatsoever. Who selected these individuals to work there? If you cannot acknowledge & greet every individual resident that walks into the WMUA , you all have a very serious problem! Go back to training & show some respect! Smdh. How rude & unprofessional!
This is a very very very unprofessional facility. As you can already see from the other reviews below - no one answers the phone! I have called at all different times of the day hoping to get someone to pick-up. But all my efforts have been in vain. No one answers the phone at all. I have also left messages requesting a call back. I've left three messages, and no one has called me back yet. I am not sure why the township isn't doing anything about this unprofessional staff. Clearly a lot of people have been experiencing the same. I hope the township will bring some structure and professionalism to this facility.
