I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was unclear of what I needed to do and she walked me through it all step by step. My wait time was very short. I was called back with 5-10 mins. And the nurse was extremely friendly, kind, and funny. She was quick and explained the procedure thoroughly before we began so I knew exactly what to expect and it made the process go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. The facility was very clean and neat and their customer service was amazing!

I read reviews before selecting this location to take my DOT Physical at. The very first time I went to a Concentra was when I lived in GA. Those people were very friendly so I figured I'd give Concentra a try in Ohio. This location was close to my home! There was a lot of reviews complaining about the wait. Well pretty much you have to wait at any doctor, hospital and so forth. That's just pure impatience!!!! The person who left his ID behind is to blame because before he left out he should have made sure it was given back to him! When I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly lady behind the counter who got me checked in. Then another friendly lady took over and she finished up! Sat and waited my turn. There was 5 people in front of me and so the wait was about 45 min to 1hr. No problem! I get called back and the young woman who called me back was very friendly. I knew the routine and got it done. Went in a room and waited 10 min for doctor to come in. She had a intern shadowing her. They both were very thorough in the medical review and examination! They both were very friendly with me. I have NO complaints and will return!
Really long wait time. Only went in for a TB test and it took an hour . Also when the girl did it it popped out of my skin and caused a bruise. Everyone working there was very pleasent though.
Recently visited Concentra in Willoughby for severe back pain. Everyone I encountered was very helpful. We ran into an issue with my insurance, but they worked to set it straight. They were very thorough while going over my symptoms so they could come to a probable diagnosis and treatment plan.
