I hate coming to Lowe's on a Saturday, but I had an emergency and needed blinds cut for my front windows. David at Willoughby Lowe's is an ANGEL!! He was so friendly, patient, and accommodating. He offered suggestions, took his time to make sure they were perfect, and made friendly conversation while I waited. Customer service can be so hard, and the store was pretty busy. David, your kindness and attention to detail meant so much to me. Thank you for everything!

I had the best customer service experience ever today from an associate named John in the electronic department! I came in for a bunch of wires for a stereo receiver that I had no knowledge on. He really took his time and went the extra mile to help me get everything I needed. I came in frustrated and confused and thanks to him left with everything I needed and happy.
