Using the Euless, TX location- William was a delight to work with, he showed me different spots for our RV and took great care in providing me with a great location for a climate controlled storage as well! There was no pressure and in the end we took care of everything by phone and electronic signatures which made it super easy for us!! The facility is clean and well lighted and he took pride in his work!! I would highly recommend this facility!!! Very happy to have found this location!!! By the way this is under new ownership!!

OMG(OH MY GOODNESS) The ladies who run this spot are the greatest!! When I first started my rental here I wanted a bigger spot so that I wouldn't have to unhitch my mobile game trailer from my truck. As a woman that can be worrisome at night when your alone. It's been almost a year since I started renting and was told I'll be added to waitlist for the next available spot. Well I kinda gave up and thought they forgot about little ol me, well to my surprise they DID NOT FORGET about me. I'm so happy to have the bigger space plus I'm right next to a good friend who I referred Mobite Vegan food truck. The ladies I hope I get their names right but Janet I think is older lady is full of spunk and humor she will make you feel like family. And Nina is just as awesome she is always ready to hop in the buggy and take you to your new rental spot & show you how to use the keypad and everything. The location is close to the highway and gas station, that matters to folks who are storing campers and things like that. Plus the Willoughby Police are always in the area or just sitting in the lot. So don't be alarmed if you pull up and they are there. The price for such a great location and security of your belongs, I couldn't ask for more.
